Malaysia ban petrol sales to foreign cars from 5/30

Malaysia take the extreme measure to ban petrol selling to foreign cars within 50km of the border. This is shocking new as to me. The ruling will take effect this Friday and the ban does not taking into the consideration of driver’s nationality. The rule to control the petrol subsidy should not affect any Malaysian at all. I believe there are many more Malaysian like me driving Singapore Registered Car. This ruling means I’ll not able to get petrol supply with 50km after I leave Singapore.

For the simply reason of not benefit subsidy to the foreigners shall base on the nationality and not the vehicle registered country. This is rather inflexible and unfair treatment.
Please remember those Malaysian drive Singapore car like myself do come back to vote in the election. And we are the one who decide who rule this country. Now all the border states except Perlis and Johor are under People Alliance. I wonder what is the intention

Finally a week after the 12th General Election March 8 2008, we have the latest line-up of Malaysia Cabinet. In the results of Malaysia Election surprised many political analysts and media. The opposition parties DAP, PKR, PAS had made a major inroad not only with 82 Parliament seats to deny the BN 2/3 majority. Opposition have won 5 state assemblies and formed the Alliance State Government in Pinang (DAP, PKR), Kedak (PAS, PKR), Perak (DAP, PKR, PAS), Selangor (PKR, DAP, PAS) and Kelantan still in control by PAS since 1990. This election results effectively turning the table around for the ruling parties become opposition and opposition parties become ruling parties. This is what media refer as Malaysia Political Tsunami which wipe out almost 50% votes in West Malaysia to opposition. Most of people believe this is due to (more…)

Tomorrow is the day Malaysia Decide for next government

Having all saids and done by all the political parties in Malaysia. Seems like all agreed that BN Barisan National will win this election and form government once again.

Tomorrow is the day March 8, 2008 for all Malaysia voters to decide on 12th General Election During the 13 days campaign period in this general election, Both opposition and ruling parties campaign on various issues in particular in Penang state. To sums up the national wide issues includes; Inflation, Petrol Price, Linkam Video case, Hindraf, Nepotism, UNMO domination, EC U-turn on the indelible ink usage, Deny 2/3 BN Majority.. (more…)
