Checked with the developer at 62388446 today and the lady in charge seems to be unaware of the TOP on 2/3/10, says they are still waiting for confirmation from architects.

Please be extra careful in all the movement you take. You are not only responsible for you own safety but also Zi Zhen’s safety as well. Pls don’t take any risk and it’s better to move slowly and safely then try to move as fast as before.

You are right Niang Zi. Zi Zhen will be the name we first pick when you start asking who is Zi Zhen mentioned in TV’s news. I told you this is an title and not the name. And if you want you can name it as your baby’s name.

Not ready yet. I went there last Sunday. Notice the worker there working on the rubbish chute opening in kitchen.

I have called developer last week. They mentioned the construction work completed waiting for Architect to certify and TOP approval. No date was given.

Why don’t u give them a call as well? Tel: 62388446

Hi, thank you for all the pictures & update @ Sandilands. Have you when into your unit to see already? We went last week & was quite disappointed as the workmanship was not very good. Also, can see our neighbors’ laundry & kitchen from our poolside.

Dear Xiang Gong, hope you like this HIGH DEFINITION…thank you for your time and patient to shop several shops for your favourite spectacular frame. I feel sorry and guilty to you where I didn’t keep my promise for your birthday, Xmas and some festival gifts. I think it’s been 2 years you never receive gift from Niang Zi. I am ashamed while you give present to me whenever festival comes. Niang Zi promised you will keep you company and buy you some gifts in near future for every festival comes along.
