I did not noticed the number of carpark in the contract. What I know is 1 lot per unit so should be 20 lots.
There are 20 lots plus 1 visitor lot.

Call the developer, they say they are sorting out the paper works, should send us the letter in 3 weeks or so.

Checked with the developer at 62388446 today and the lady in charge seems to be unaware of the TOP on 2/3/10, says they are still waiting for confirmation from architects.

Just called the developer, no commitment on TOP date, but he expects it to be very soon (2-3 wks).

Not ready yet. I went there last Sunday. Notice the worker there working on the rubbish chute opening in kitchen.

I have called developer last week. They mentioned the construction work completed waiting for Architect to certify and TOP approval. No date was given.

Yes. I noticed that since last month too. I will log this as defect as fence downgrade the value of the pool and add value to our neighbors.

Hi, thank you for all the pictures & update @ Sandilands. Have you when into your unit to see already? We went last week & was quite disappointed as the workmanship was not very good. Also, can see our neighbors’ laundry & kitchen from our poolside.

3@Sandilands should be TOP very soon. My last visit last week already done up the carpark, swimming pools and most of the landscaping completed.

I guest should be in the early January, more or less the same timing as Resorts World Sentosa opening.
