This is the most impress showflat for Niang Zi and Xiang Gong because both of us have the same favourite – Jacuzzi!!! This home come with Jacuzzi built in balcony which enough for 2 person to soak into!!! (“,) May be in future Xiag Goang and Niang Zi can have a romantic time to “yuan yang yu” together especially after back from work. This is good for massage therapy and reducing stress.
The most disappointed at this moment is this Sandilands project need to take 2 years to complete. Although Xiang Gong & Niang Zi had signed on the Purchase Agreement but we still need to wait for another 2 years to move in. The exact TOP is 2011 but may be we can move in earlier in 2010 due to most construction project complete before the actual TOP date. Some more, we need start to pay for the home loan to bank while we still need to rent a room to await for this project completion.
Talk less to the bad thing, let’s share about the joyful things and facilities in our home. The other bonus point for this Sandilands project is it’s come with a top roof BBQ area where this is rarely built in Singapore private apartment. Then, we can always have a BBQ gathering by inviting all our friends and have a pleasure time on the roof top. Besides, it has a swimming pool and parking area at basement.
We bought #0x-02 unit in April. This project just officially launch in June. Hope this project can attract more buyers and 100% sold out then the developer can get enough $$$ to start the construction.
Very expecting to move in early…

Yes I noticed that they are building up even to the top floor now. Just received the notice for the progressive payment. Foundation work for all levels are done.

Thanks for the update. I just noticed 3@Sandilands project is now 80% sold. This is a good news for me as I’m 1 of the first buyers in this project for own stay with my wife.
I have not keep in touch with other Sandilanders.
I plan to start online community forum to share information among the buyers. I’ll send out invitation to you once ready.
