Top of the Yahoo Search – Malaysia Election 2008
I just noticed this morning that my previous post of the Malaysia Election 2008 appeared as the top 3 results from Yahoo Search for Malaysia Election.
Let me share SEO tips with you on how to do this.
1. Use the title of the post to match the keyword you targeting. Eg. “Malaysia General Election 2008″
2. Make sure you customize WordPress Permalink structure to contain postname. E.g /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/. The Permalink of the post will appear as www.kcgce.com/2008/02/malaysia-parliament-dissolved-on-feb-13
3. Make use of tags to group a few related post to same topics.
4. The post must must be timely to the topics. 1,2 days later at most.
5. There are more for me to learn. Will share more tips in the time to come.
I have heard that this website is wonderful, but after visiting it I’ll disagree with most of the people, who think so. Yes, there is some fresh and interesting information but most of it looks unprsentable. There are so many ways to check information, haven’t you heard of it? After trying it several times I realized, that it’s not unique.
