Bad start for the 2008
I have a really bad week start from New Year.
Multiple IT issue have hit my team from all over the place.
- Jan 5. Laser Marker down due to not network connection to NAS server
- Jan 6. Mark file issue again. This time due to the program not able to write to NAS folder due to access issue
- Jan 7. All lots not able to track-in due to the issue of the resource was deleted without remove it from the resource group
- Jan 8-9. Wafer map upload issue due to the service down and complication for the server move preparation
- Jan 10. More upload issue due to remote desktop job terminated.
1 good new is that the network to US corporate have resume. All the production can move as usual.
We have completed the fix for the Mark file to handle the year 2008 correctly.
